Elva Courier Mk3 fastback coupe Chassis E1075
Research has shown this car, chassis E1075, was built in 1962 as
potentially one of three prototypes for the Coupe fast back version of the
Mk4, but this car is built on the Mk3 chassis with an MGA 1622 engine. The
car was shown at the 1962 press launch at the RAC club in Epsom, and road
registered in 1963.
This extremely rare car is in excellent race ready condition, with FIA
papers and eligible for Goodwood (raced 2006), potenial for Classic Le
Mans, Equipe GTS, HSCC, Cloth Cap and other historic race meetings and
series, where it is welcomed. MGA three main bearing engine, helical close
ratio gearbox, limited slip differential, Dunlop historic race tyres, road
tyres, as you can see beautifully prepared.
