  Elva Ale opportunity
(posted 30 September 2007)

I don't know about you but I am surrounded by items I have collected over the years, such as my well worn Goodwood Supporters Club polo shirt, issued in the days when we were campaigning locally for the circuit to be reopened. I cannot bring myself to throw it away.

You might have noticed that as part of reminding the new generations of the amazing cars built by Elva, we commissioned our own beer, and it has gone down well! (sorry). To the point that I needed more capacity (no not me, the brewery) and I have therefore found the ideal solution ... another fantastic beer from a south-coast brewery and the Boss is much involved in historic motorsport.

So two good things come from this, firstly there will soon be another superb beer available for you to savour, and secondly my hoarding instinct means that I have a couple of dozen of the original bottles and tops with the 'Bexhill' labels.

Okay, I admit to having quaffed the beer, but the bottles will be collectible, looking really good displayed, and I will box and send in exchange for a small donation which will go to the Bexhill Mk.III project. All I ask is that you cover post & packing.

So do not miss the opportunity to have an Elva collectible and help the museum ... once gone there will be no more. Contact me and I will arrange delivery to your door, and details of the new beer will follow soon. Enjoy!
