Another Courier to identify ..

Thanks to Bob Lembcke for spotting this Courier which was apparently in a U.S. car collection being the "Pat Ryan Collection ... British Motoring Club" which appears to have now been sold and the cars dispersed.
I imagined this Courier has a new owner and that the car is known? If so let us know.
