Post 100/37/L
hello, I´m from Germany and I´ve bought an elva courier MK 1.
I don`t know anything about the history of this car and I hope, someone in this forum can help me.
The courier is from 1959 and the Chassis-number is 100/37/L.
Thank You very much

Did you buy it from Butch Gilbert's estate? Was it a project or in restored condition? I think it may have been for sale in California on this site or the previous version of this forum back in 2009 or '10.

Andreas,
Your car may have been the one tested by Road & Track in the June 1959 issue. Is there any sign it was ever fitted with leaf springs?
