Post Lovely very unspoilt 'Hastings' Courier ... SALE AGREED
Chassis 200/67, original 1622cc MGA engine, better than new with leather Elva seats and Moto-Lita steering wheel. 13 hole Elva wheels, 2 spare diffs etc. Much paperwork inc. letter from 1st owner. Been in heated garage for 30 years.

I have known this car and the owner for longer than I care to remember ... both exceptionally genuine. The Courier ideally needs to go to a new caretaker who will use the car while retaining it's originality. Details can be found at ...

OR contact the present owner .... SALE AGREED

**** Now also listed on eBay UK **** ENDED

Roger,
Is the little cubbyhole below the gear shift a factory feature on Hastings cars.( third picture down). I've e never seen that over here. Right hand drive cars only?

Bill .. I am pretty sure that the handy cubbyhole is an Oliver extra when he nicely retrimmed the car ... you will see other 'updates' too including the indicator stalk, non fly-off handbrake etc. I am hoping to visit Oliver soon once our current lockdown restrictions are lifted in early December. Will know the full story then. Keep safe ...

Mystery solved .. the cutout cubbyhole is to avoid grazed knuckles due to the different handbrake having been fitted, which has a larger grip.
